Refund & Return Policy

At Fabzie, each product is handcrafted with precision using premium marble dust & resin mix. Due to the nature of our artisanal products, our return and refund process is designed to protect both customer satisfaction and product authenticity.


1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

A return or exchange is accepted only if:

  • A wrong product has been delivered

  • A product arrives broken or damaged

  • The item received is different from the images or description

  • The product has a major manufacturing defect

📸 Unboxing Video Required:
A complete unboxing video showing the package from all sides, opening, and the product is mandatory for damage claims.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Weight or size expectations

  • Material misunderstanding (all products are clearly mentioned as marble-dust/resin, not brass or metal)

  • Minor color variation (as each item is handcrafted)

  • Slight size differences due to handmade nature

⚠️ Brass Assumption Notice
All products prominently mention material as marble dust & resin. Incorrect assumptions about brass/metal do not qualify for return.


3. Return Shipping Cost

We charge a flat rate return shipping fee (₹149–₹249 depending on item size).
This amount is deducted from the refund.

Customers must pack the product securely for return pickup.


4. Damaged Delivery Policy

If your item arrives broken or chipped:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos + unboxing video

  • We will send a free replacement or offer a full refund

No return shipping charge applies for damaged items.


5. Refund Method

Refunds are processed in the same mode of payment:

  • PREPAID orders: refund to bank/UPI within 5–7 days

  • COD orders: refund via bank/UPI transfer after verification

Refund is issued after returned product passes quality check.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled

  • COD refusal or non-acceptance counts as misuse, and future COD may be restricted


7. Wrong/Missing Items

If you received a wrong product or a missing part:

  • We will replace it free of cost

  • No return charge applicable


8. Exchange Policy

Exchange is possible only in cases of:

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Size variant wrongly delivered (if applicable)

  • Design mismatch from order

Exchanges are not allowed for:

  • Preference change

  • Weight/size expectation mismatch

  • Realising later that product is not brass


9. Packaging Requirement

If returning an item:

  • Keep original box, thermocol, bubble wrap, and outer carton

  • Secure repacking required for safe pickup

  • Damage due to poor packing during return is customer liability
